Free Shipping: Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping to Canada, Mexico, Japan, and Australia. Standard shipping to the United States is free with no minimum order.

DHL Express Shipping
DHL Express is currently available to the United States only.
If you need expedited shipping to a country or region outside the United States, please contact us by email before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping costs.
DHL Express shipping to the United States is charged based on the package's chargeable weight.
For our products, the estimated chargeable weight is approximately 2.5 kg per pair. This is an estimated shipping chargeable weight and does not represent the actual weight of the shoes.

A single order is limited to a maximum chargeable weight of 10 kg (approximately 5 pairs) for DHL Express.
Orders exceeding this limit may need to be shipped separately. Please contact us before placing a larger order.
Actual chargeable weight may vary depending on the final package dimensions and weight determined by the carrier.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
During China public holidays or warehouse closures, processing times may be extended according to the warehouse operating schedule.
US Shipping
Standard shipping to the United States is currently available to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
Our standard US shipping service does not currently cover:

l Guam
l U.S. Virgin Islands
l American Samoa
l Northern Mariana Islands
l U.S. Armed Forces addresses
If your destination is not covered by our standard service, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether an alternative shipping option is available.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, severe weather, typhoons, storms, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, flight or transportation delays, public holidays, and other unexpected operational circumstances.
For international shipments, customs clearance may also affect the final delivery time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region.
These charges, if applicable, are not included in the shipping fees shown at checkout and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authorities upon importation.

Please allow some time for tracking information to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after shipment.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping or reshipment costs may apply.
