We strive to process and dispatch your order within 48 hours from our facility.
However, during peak times around the HOLIDAY SEASONS (October, November, December, and January), please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing. Please note that this timeframe DOES NOT include weekends or holidays.
Purchases made after 9 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

Please note that delivery timeframes begin once your package has been dispatched and do not include weekends. Kindly allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier's schedule and circumstances beyond our control.
All orders are fully trackable through the shipping confirmation email.
For failed deliveries and non-receipts, if you have not received the product after receiving the delivery notification, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery notification. We will assist in investigating the issue and arrange for a reshipment if necessary. Please note that if you do not report the issue within 7 days of receiving the delivery notification, we reserve the right to refuse further assistance.
